| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠中晚期不同CO2气腹时间对大鼠HPL含量的影响。方法:建立妊娠中期CO2气腹的大鼠模型,分实验组及对照组,采用固相夹心法酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测妊娠中晚期大鼠HPL的含量变化。结果:实验组妊娠中期大鼠HPL值与对照组相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);妊娠晚期,常气腹压1 h组与2 h组(B、C组)HPL值与非气腹组(A组)相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);高气腹压1 h组与2 h组(D、E组)HPL值明显低于同期非气腹组(A组),有统计学意义(P<0.01);高气腹压1 h组与2 h组HPL值低于常气腹压1 h组与2 h组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同孕期母鼠血液中HPL值不同,与胎盘成熟度呈正相关;不同气腹压力及时间对妊娠中期母鼠胎盘功能无明显影响,但对妊娠晚期母鼠胎盘功能有明显影响,压力越大、时间越长,影响越明显。
