739例有不良孕产史及不育不孕患者外周血染色体分析

目的:探讨外周血异常染色体核型与不良孕产史、不育不孕的关系。方法:对739例有不良孕产史及不育不孕夫妇的外周血淋巴细胞进行培养、制片及G显带染色体核型分析。结果:检出染色体多态性21例,平衡易位8例(其中1例为罗伯逊易位),21号染色体臂间倒位1例,嵌合体5例,异常核型约占4.74%。结论:不明原因的流产、死胎、畸胎与染色体异常有关。无表型的异常染色体携带者可将异常染色体核型传给子代,不仅可引起不孕不育,还可以引起流产、死胎、畸胎等不良孕产现象。对检出携带者应为其提供遗传咨询,对妊娠成功者进行产前诊断,避免染色体病患儿的出生,减少出生缺陷,对提高本地区人口素质具有重要意义。
