贵州八县计划生育服务机构出生缺陷干预能力及现状的调查分析及对策

目的:调查了解贵州省8县内共82个县乡两级计划生育服务站出生缺陷干预能力及服务现状,探寻改进的对策。方法:通过访谈、问卷、现场调查等方式对技术干预前后服务机构出生缺陷干预能力的比较,评价技术干预对增强技术服务能力的可行性及有效性。结果:①贵州8县计生服务机构规模偏小,服务人员数量少,学历不高,普遍缺乏出生缺陷干预知识;各服务站均开展健康宣传教育、遗传咨询和一些优生检测工作,但大部分机构由于缺乏技术力量和设备,未能广泛开展优生检测项目,总体服务能力不高,服务量较少;②在项目推动下,服务机构获得技术设备配置、技术指导及培训,其出生缺陷干预能力显著增强、工作状况明显改观。结论:通过科研项目开展循序推进新技术引入推广和实验室建设,持续不断地进行技术人员服务能力的培训,是当前最有效提高和促进出生缺陷干预工作的有力措施和可行途径。
