周围神经损伤后显微修复体会(附123例报告)

目的 探讨周围神经损伤后功能恢复的最佳方法。方法 对123例298条周围神经损伤患者行显微束膜吻合并伴行血管吻合，术后应用神经生长因子、电刺激、推拿按摩等综合治疗。结果 根据BMRC运动、感觉评价标准，运动分M0—M5级，感觉分S0—S4级，综合评定分为优、良、可、差四级，结果优70．5％，良18．1％，可3．8％，差7．6％。结论 精确的神经束膜及其伴行血管的显微镜下吻合，术后神经营养药物的应用，电刺激及推拿按摩等方法的应用，是治疗周围神经损伤的有效方法。

MICROSURGICAL REPAIR OF 123 CASES OF PERIPHERAL NERVE INJURY

Objective To explore an ideal therapy to treat peripheral nerve injury.Methods Microsurgical bundle anastomosis and vascular anastomosis were made in 123 cases of peripheral nerve injury.Combined therapy with nerve growth factor,electrical stimulation and massage were used postoperatively.Results According to the movement sense cvaluation criteria,the effective rates were as follows:excellent treatment 70.5%;good treatment 18.1%;slight improvement 3.8% and poor results 7.6%.Conclusion Accurate nerve bundle and vascular anastomoses,postoperative alimentation,electric stimulation and massage can be used to treat peripheral nerve injury effectively.
