摘    要:目的探讨乳腺肿瘤的微创手术方法。方法回顾性分析68例乳腺肿瘤患者在超声引导下行麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切治疗。结果本组发现浸润性导管癌1例,浸润性小叶癌1例,不典型髓样癌3例,其他另为纤维腺瘤,乳腺组织增生,囊性肿块,炎性改变。恶性者术后3d内入院行乳腺手术,良性者术后半月复诊行B超检查.肿瘤全部切除。结论麦默通(Marnmotome)乳腺微创旋切是一种合理、安全、有效微创的检查和治疗方法,且不留疤痕。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the minimally invasive surgical method for breast tumors. Methods From November 2003 to March 2004,68 cases with breast tumors received ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive rotatory cutting were analyzed retrospectively. Results The pathological results were found including infiltating ductal carcinoma in 1 case, infiltating lobular carcinoma 1 case, atypical medullary carcinoma 3 cases. The others were fibroadenoma, hyperplasia of mammary gland, cystic tumor and imflammatory change. The redical operation was performed for malignant tumor within 3 days after Mammotome procedure. The ultrasonography was done for benign tumor in a half month return visit after mammotone procedure and the tumor was removed completely. Conclusion The Mammotome procedure is a reasonable, safe and effective minimally invasive method for the diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors.
