五种配方试剂检测妊娠妇女和糖尿病人空腹餐后ALT的差异研究

摘    要:目的 探讨五种不同配方试剂检测妊娠妇女和糖尿病人空腹餐后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的差异.方法 2012年12月募集清华大学第一附属医院四组研究对象:健康志愿者用餐组20例、妊娠妇女用餐组22例、妊娠妇女喝糖组46例、糖尿病用餐组42例.所有研究对象空腹、餐后2h各抽血一次.用5种不同配方的ALT试剂(罗氏进口试剂A和B、进口分装试剂C、国产单试剂D、国产双试剂E)检测所有标本ALT值.结果 用国产单试剂D检测四组人群ALT值分别为健康志愿者用餐组:空腹14.25±9.88U/L,餐后15.99±10.92 U/L;妊娠妇女喝糖组:空腹14.55±11.31 U/L,餐后15.06±11.08 U/L;妊娠妇女用餐组:空腹16.05±14.22 U/L,餐后17.88±15.01 U/L;糖尿病用餐组:空腹16.45±7.99U/L,餐后17.29±7.38U/L.用国产单试剂D检测四组人群餐前餐后ALT值的差异有统计学意义(t=4.260,2.309,2.841,2.754,P均<0.05).用进口试剂B、进口分装试剂C、国产单试剂D三种试剂检测糖尿病组餐前餐后ALT差异有统计学意义(t=4.453,3.112.2.754,P均<0.05).结论 用双试剂检测一般正常人群、妊娠妇女空腹和餐后2 h ALT无差异,而糖尿病患者餐前餐后2hALT有差异.

Abstract:Objective To analysis of testing alanine aminotransferase(AI.T) in pregnant women and diabetic patients beforeand after eating by different formula reagents. Methods Four groups were chosen in First Hospital of Tsinghua Universityin Nov 2012..20 healthy people eating normal food, 22 pregnant women eating normal food,46 pregnant women drinking glu-cose,42 diabetes patients eating food. ALT of all subjects were measured before eating and 2 hours post-meal or after drink-ing glucose by five different formula reagents (A,B,C,D,E). Results the ALT of the four groups by domestic single rea-gent D were 14.25±9.88 U/L before eating, 15.99 ±10.92 U/L after eating in healthy group; 16.05± 14.22 U/I. beforeeating, 17.88±15.01 U/L after eating in pregnant women group; 14.55 ±11. 31 U/L before drinking, 15.06±11.08 U/Lafter drinking in pregnant women group; 16.15±7.99 U/L before eating, 17.29±7.38 U/L after eating in diabetes patientsgroup. There was statistical significance (P〉0.05) in four groups by domestic single reagent D and in diabetes patients bythree reagents. Conclusion There was no difference in general people except diabetes patients by double reagents.
