| 摘 要： | 文章对钙敏感受体（Calcium-sensing receptor,CaSR）的结构、分布、生理功能及其与疾病的关系做了简要介绍.并详细地阐述了在不同的细胞上,CaSR通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPKs）通路引起的生理或者病理的变化.
