ARCHITECT HIV Ag/Ab combo筛查HIV弱反应性结果的追踪

目的 应用化学发光微粒子免疫技术对人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）抗原抗体联检的弱反应性结果的分析,探讨其在临床中的诊断价值.方法 应用化学发光微粒子免疫技术检测的22例HIV弱反应性标本,分别用第三、第四代HIV试剂,采用ELISA对HIV抗体进行重复检测,并与疾控中心确证试验中的免疫印迹法结果进行比对.结果 化学发光微粒子免疫技术初筛的22份弱反应性的标本,用ELISA第三代和第四代试剂复检,结果均为阴性;确证实验室检测,ELISA复核1例为有反应性,蛋白印迹结果为17份样本有一条带或多条带HIV抗原阳性（占77.3％）.结论 化学发光微粒子免疫技术在对HIV抗原抗体联检具有更高的敏感度,对艾滋病诊断具有重要意义.

Tracking of Weakly Reactive Results of HIV Testing by ARCHITECT HIV Ag/Ab Combo

Objective To analyse the weak reactive results of joint testing of HIV antigen and antibody with CMIA,and discuss its diagnostic value in the clinical practice.Methods With the 22 weak reactive samples detected by CMIA,HIV antibody were repeatedly detected with the third/fourth generation of HIV reagent by ELISA,whose results were compared with the results of Western blot in the confirmatory experiment at CDC.Results The 22 weak reactive samples screened by CMIA were detected again with the third/fourth generation of ELISA,whose results were negative.Through being detected by confirmatory experiment,one sample among them was reactive after being rechecked by ELISA.The results of Western blot revealed that 17 samples with one or more bands were HIV antigen positive,which accounted for 77.3 ％ among all the samples.Conclusion CMIA has a higher sensitivity in joint testing of HIV antigen and antibody and is also of great significance to the diagnosis of AIDS.
