两种术式治疗环状混合痔的疗效比较

目的：比较吻合器痔上粘膜环切钉合术（PPH）与传统外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法：将120例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用PPH，对照组采用外剥内扎术，观察2组疗效、创面平均愈合时间、术后疼痛、水肿、尿潴留情况。结果：治疗组创面愈合时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05）；2组在术后疼痛、水肿、尿潴留方面比较具有显著性差异，治疗组均优于对照组（均P〈0．05）；2组总有效率均为100％。结论：PPH能充分保护肛垫、操作简单、并发症少．是治疗环状混合痔的有效方法．

Comparison between two kinds of surgical treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids

Objective：To compare the effectiveness of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH）and Milligan-Morgan surgery in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods：One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups.Sixty cases were treated with the PPH and 60 cases were treated with the Milligan-Morgan surgery.Detailed observations the change of the average wound healing time,pain,cure rate,postoperative pain,edema and uroscesis,and indicators to quantify the above score.Results：The speed of the treatment group healed significantly faster than the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group in the aspects of postoperative pain,edema and uroscesis.No difference in the curative rate was found between the two guoups.Conclusion：The PPH can fully protect the anal cushion.lt was a simple procedure surgery with few complications,quick recovery,less pain,which is an effective treatment method in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
