鼻唇沟旁皮瓣在鼻翼缺损中的应用

目的探讨鼻唇沟旁皮瓣（或称颊部皮瓣）在鼻翼缺损中的应用。方法在鼻唇沟旁6—8rnm处设计一颊部皮瓣，转移修复鼻翼缺损患者23例，观察其愈合及修复效果。结果本组23例患者皮瓣完全存活，1例患者皮瓣显露部位出现感染，经局部换药及清创后创面恢复良好。术后随访6-12个月，修复后的鼻翼缺损处与周围皮肤色泽、质地相似，外形良好；颊部创面愈合良好，无猫耳等畸形形成，无明显并发症发生。结论应用鼻唇沟旁皮瓣修复鼻翼缺损，皮瓣存活良好，皮瓣设计、转移灵活，不破坏鼻唇沟组织，是修复鼻翼缺损的一种良好方法，值得应用和推广。

Application of the para-nasolabial flap in the repair of alar defects

Objective To investigate the application of the para-asolabial flap （Buccal flap） in the re- pair of ajar defects. Methods A buccaj flap away from the nasolabial 6 to 8 mm was designed and harversted to repair of the ajar defects on 23 cases and the heal and effect were observed then. Results The flaps on 23 patients survived completely except for one case with infection in exposed parts of the flap which was healed by local dressing and debridement. After 6-12 months follow-up, all cases were satisfied with the color and texture of the flap which were the same as the surrounding normal skin, and the good shape. Cheek wound healed well without obvious complications. Conclusion The para-asolabial flap can repair the ajar defects with the flexible flap design and movement, the flap survived well and does not damage the nasolabial tissue. Therefore, it is a good method to repair the ajar defects and it is worth of application and promotion.
