摘 要: | 目的:研究Bootstrap方法结合多重检验在中药多组分鉴别中的应用。方法:运用Bootstrap方法和R软件,检验给药组与控制组、模型两两比较差异的显著性。结果:通过本方法得到了各给药组与控制组、模型组的拟合曲线,以及在组内每个分子上的检验结果。结论:在中药模糊评价中,运用Bootstrap结合多重检验方法,检验中药组分是否具有显著性差异,具有可行性。

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the application of Bootstrap combined with multiple tests in test of multiple components of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Bootstrap method and R software were used for testing the significance of difference among trial group, control group and model group. Results: The fit- ted curves were obtained for trial group, control group and model group first, and then we got the test re- sults on the molecule level by the proposed method. Conclusion. Bootstrap method combines with the multi- ple tests is applicable in the fuzzy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine. |
