摘    要:目的:探讨下肢股浅动脉长段闭塞的治疗方式。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月~2013年1月我院收治的29例下肢股浅动脉长段闭塞手术治疗病人的资料,总结分析下肢股浅动脉长段闭塞治疗的方式。结果:本组29例病例,腔内介入治疗17例,传统外科旁路手术12例;术后随访,失访4例,23例获得随访,术后6月通畅率为87%(20/23),术后12月通畅率为85%(17/20),术后12月保肢率为95%。结论:对于下肢股浅动脉长段闭塞病变病人,腔内介入治疗和传统外科旁路手术治疗都是有效方式,应该将腔内手术及传统外科旁路手术的优缺点结合起来,优势互补,兼顾减低麻醉、围手术期及手术风险,以达到中远期较好的通畅率。

Analysis of Treatment of 29 Cases with Lower Extremity Long Segment Occlusion of the Superficial Femoral Artery

Abstract:Objective:To explore the method of the lower extremity long segment superficial femoral artery occlusion treatment.Methods:Between January 2010and January 2013,29patients of lower extremity long segment occlusion of the superficial femoral artery surgery were treated by surgery.By analyzing the data of these patients,summarize the treatment method of the lower extremity long segment superficial femoral artery occlusion.Results:The group of 29cases,including 17cases of endovascular intervention,and,12cases were treated by the traditional surgical bypass surgery.lost four cases,23cases were followed up for 6months,the patency rate for 6months was 87%(20/23),after 12months their patency rate was 85%(17/20)the limb salvage rate at 1year was 95%.Conclusion:In the lower extremity long segment superficial femoral artery occlusive disease patients,both endovascular surgical intervention and traditional bypass surgery were effective way.we should combine the advantages and disadvantages of traditional surgical bypass surgery and endovascular surgery,not only reducing the anesthesia,perioperative and surgical risks,but also to achieve a better long-term patency rates.
