透明质酸多层次多点注射修复泪槽沟观察

目的 探讨透明质酸作为填充剂修复不同年龄段泪槽沟的安全性以及剂量.方法 对131例不同程度的泪槽沟患者,采用透明质酸多层次多点位注射方法修复,根据泪槽沟区域大小调整填充剂量和范围,同时在术后2周、3个月、6个月跟踪随访,记录不良反应与效果满意度.结果 患者注射透明质酸后无明显红肿与瘀斑,无过敏,不影响生活和工作,无严重并发症发生,术后6个月内外形改善效果满意.结论 透明质酸作为一种新兴的生物填充材料,方便快捷,安全有效.以本研究的填充方法作为泪槽沟的暂时性修复,达到中面部的年轻化,是一种可行方法.

Observation of the tear trough treated by hyaluronic acid with a multi-level and multi-point injection

Objective To investigate the safety and the dose of hyaluronic acid as fillers to repair tears trough at different ages. Methods Totally 131 patients with varying degrees of tear trough were treated by hyaluronic acid with a multi-level and multi-point injection, injected dose and scope were adjusted according to the size of the tear trough area. Adverse reactions and satisfaction were recorded at 2 weeks, 3 months and 6 months postoperatively. Results After injecting hyaluronie acid filler, there were no serious complications on all cases, like obvious swelling and bruising and allergies and cases did not affect life and work. All were satisfied with improved appearance at 6 months postoperatively. Conclusion Hyaluronic acid as an emerging biological filler material, is convenient, safe and effective. This research method as a temporary repair of tear trough is a feasible way to achieve the mid-face juvenescence.
