The Study of the Relativity between Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Serum Lipid
Institution:Hu Wei,et al (Hospital of Wuhan University, Wuhan 430072)
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the relativity between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and serum lipid level n among 9094persons.Methods:The survey was conducted among the staff of Wuhan University from2010to 2011in Hospital of Wuhan University The participants had serum lipids(TCTGHDI-CLDL-C)test,and routine liver ultrasonography. The results of cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were compared with those without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Then using logistic regression analysis search for the risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients. Results:The ratio of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease cases was20.7%,and the prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in males(25.9%)was higher than that of females(15.2%).The population with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease had higher levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and lower level of HDL-C than those without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Logistic regression analysis showed that nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was positively correlated to TG,TC and LDL-C.Conclusion:The serum lipid level is associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, especially TG is relatively high associated which is independent risk factor in NAFLD.
Keywords:nonalcoholic fatty liver disease  serum lipids relativity
