质子泵抑制剂治疗食管胃吻合术后胃食管反流的疗效分析

目的：比较两种质子泵抑制剂埃索美拉唑（Esomeprazole）、奥美拉唑（Omeprazole）对食管胃吻合术后胃食管反流患者在胃酸分泌、控制症状、治愈食管炎等方面的影响。方法：将经胃镜确诊的90例食管胃吻合术后胃食管反流患者随机分为A、B两组,分别给予埃索美拉唑40mg,每日1次口服,奥美拉唑40mg,每日1次口服,疗程均为4周。结果：两种质子泵抑制剂症状缓解率分别为94.9%和78.4%,内镜下食管炎治愈率分别为87.2%和72.5%（P〈0.05）。结论：埃索美拉唑在症状缓解率和内镜下食管炎治愈率明显优于奥美拉唑。

Efficacies of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflex after Esophagogastrostomy

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical effects of two proton pump inhibitors （esomeprazole vs. on gastric acid secretion, symptomatic relief, cure rate of esophagitis etc in patients with gastroesophageal omeprazole） reflex after esophagogastrostomy. METHODS： A total of 90 patients who had been gastroscopically confirmed as having gastroesophageal reflex were randomly assigned to receive oral Esomeprazole 40 mg qd or oral Omeprazole 40 mg qd for 4 weeks. RESULTS ： The symptomatic relief rates of the two proton pump inhibitors （Esomeprazole vs. Omeprazole） was 94.9 % vs. 78.4 %, and the cure rate of Esophagitis under gastric endoscope was 87.2 % vs. 72.5 % （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Esomeprazole is superior to Omeprazole in symptomatic relief rate and cure rate of esophagitis in patients with gastroesophageal reflex after esophagogastrostomy.
