2005～2007年某院原发性高血压用药情况调查

目的：了解某医院抗高血压药物的临床应用情况,探讨其临床用药特点。方法：采用回顾性调查方法,查阅某院2005～2007年应用抗高血压药的出院病历726份,对用药品种数、药物利用、联合用药情况及其合理性进行分析。结果：用药例/次排序前5位为钙通道阻滞剂（506例）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（503例）、利尿剂（307例）、血管扩张药（230例）、β-受体阻滞剂（171例）;用药方式以单独用药、二联或三联用药为主。结论：此次调查的病例合并症多、合并用药较多,用药基本合理,但仍存在不合理联用的情况。

Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in Patients with Primary Hypertension

OBJECTIVE ： To probe into the status quo and the characteristics of the clinical utilization of antihypertensive drugs in a hospital. METHODS： By retrospective review, the medical records of 726 discharged patients treated with antihypertensive drugs between 2005 and 2007 were analyzed in respect of the drug kinds, drug utilization, drug combination and rationality of drug use etc. RESULTS ： Ranked by cases/times of using antihypertensive drugs, leading the first 5 places in order were alcium- channel blocker （506 cases）, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors （503 cases）, diuretics （307 cases）, vasodilators （230 cases） and Beta -receptor retarder （171 cases）. The drugs were chiefly used alone or in combination of two or three kinds. CONCLUSION： Most of the cases reviewed had complications and used drugs in combination. The drug use was rational on the whole, but some drug combinations were irrational.
