| 摘 要： | 目的：系统分析复旦大学附属华山医院2006～2008年的调节血脂药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：收集本院医院信息系统中2006～2008年乳腺科的用药数据,分析用药品种、销售金额、DDDs、DDDc。结果：我院所用调节血脂药用药金额逐年上升,他汀类药物最常使用,且多为进口药或合资企业所产药品。结论：应开发高效、安全、价廉的药品,满足临床需要,降低治疗费用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of antilipemic agents in Fudan University Affiliated Huashan Hospital during 2006 - 2008 for reference of clinical rational drug use. METHODS ： Data of drug utilization during 2006 - 2008 were collected from Hospital information system for analyzing of drug category, consumption sum, DDDs and DDDc. RESULTS ： The consumptive sum of antilipemic agents in our hospital increased year - on - year over the three years. Statins topped the list of DDDs, with imported Statins or those from joint venture showing the highest proportion. CONCLUSION： Safe, effective and inexpensive drugs should be developed to meet clinical needs meanwhile lowering patients＇ financial burden. |
