2006～2008年我院中药注射剂应用分析

目的：分析中药注射剂在我院临床的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：利用医院数据库,统计2006～2008年中药注射剂使用数据,通过用药金额、用药频度、日均用药金额等情况进行统计、分析。结果：3年中我院中药注射剂品种数是递增的,补益类和活血类药在用药金额上占了很大的构成比,心脑血管系统中药注射剂的DDDs、DDC 3年中排序均较靠前。结论：我院中药注射剂的应用日益广泛,尤以心脑血管系统中药注射剂的广泛应用最明显。但中药注射剂的不良反应已经凸现,值得临床工作者的高度注意。

Analysis of the Use of Chinese Herbal Injections During 2006 - 2008 in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the clinical use of Chinese herbal rejections in our hospital for reference of their rational use. METHODS： The Chinese herbal injections used between 2006 and 2008 were analyzed in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs and the average daily cost （DDC） using hospital database. RESULTS： The varieties of Chinese herbal injections increased year on year over the 3 year. The Chinese herbal injections used for tonifying or promoting blood flow took a highest proportion in terms of consumption sum. The Chinese herbal injections for cardio - cerebrovascular system topped the list in both DDDs and DDC over the 3 year. CONCLUSION： The application of.Chinese herbal injections is increasingly extensive, especially the Chinese herbal injections for cardio - cerebrovascular system. However, the adverse drug reactions of the Chinese herbal injections have become increasingly visible, which thus worth the highest alert in clinical practice.
