| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Orem的自理模式在下肢截肢患者中围手术期的护理效果。方法:将72例下肢截肢术患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组按护理级别实施护理,观察组引用自理模式在疾病的不同时期提供完全补偿、部分补偿和支持教育的护理模式,满足不同病情患者的需要。结果:出院时观察组患者和家属对疾病有关知识及自我护理的方法的知晓率、满意率均高于对照组,相关并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,2组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:在下肢截肢术患者中应用自理模式能有效提高患者的自理能力,减少并发症的发生,缩短了病程,促进了疾病的康复,增进了护患关系,丰富了护理内涵,提高了护理质量,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
