血液灌流治疗急性重度中毒

目的：探讨急性重度中毒病人应用血液灌流治疗的疗效。方法：在采用常规抢救措施的同时，应用装有活性碳或吸附树脂灌流器的血泵机先做预冲，再与锁骨下或颈内静脉穿刺导管连接，开始血液灌流治疗，灌流速度为200ml/min．时间为2～2.5h。灌流时全身肝素化。结果：30例行血液灌流35次，其中5例治疗2次。抢救成功23例．占76.67％；死亡7例，占23.33％。结论：血液灌流是利用固态吸附剂解除血液内的外源性药物、毒物和某些代谢产物。临床用于救治多种重度中毒病人，可有效降低死亡率。

Treatment of Acute Advanced Poisoning by Hemoperfusion

Objective: To evaluate the effects of the treatment of hemoperfusion for acute advanced poisoning. Methods: When the methods of first aid as usual were applicated, the hemoperfusion bump with activated charcoal or adsorptional resin were irrigated early and than connected to the internal jugular vein or subclavicle vein duct. Hemoperfusion were applicated 200ml per minit for 2 to2.5 hours and the heparin were used simultaneously. Results: 30 cases were treated by hemoperfusion on 35 times, 5 cases of them were treated 2 times. 23 cases were survival (76.67%), 7 cases were death (23.33%). Conclusion: The efficiency of hemoperfusion with solid absorbent is effectively to remove the exogenous medicines and poisons or same metabolites. Treatment of acute advanced poisoning by hemoperfusion can reduce the mortality .
