突发性耳聋相关因素研究

目的探讨突发性聋患者的心理因素与疾病疗效的关系。方法对突发性聋患者于入院时作症状自评量袁(SCL-90)测查，并计算出9个因子分。对入院时发病情况相似、听阈接近的同一年龄组患者采用相同治疗方案治疗后，将9个因子分与出院时听力改善程度进行回归分析。结果9个因子分中焦虑因分子分与出院时听力改善程度呈线性回归关系，即焦虑程度越重，听力改善程度越轻。结论对突发性聋的药物治疗同时要注意改善患者心理状态并进行必要的心理治疗。

Study of Related Factors of Sudden Deafness

Objective To explore the relationship between psychological factors and therapy effect of sudden deafness.Methods Conduct the examination of SCL-90 on patients with sudden deafness when admission,and calculate out 9 factors score.The patients of same age group with similiar situation and hearing scope were given the same treatment regimen,and retrospectively analyze the hearing improvement degrees when discharge with 9 factors score.Results Their relation is lineal,that is,the more severe anxiety,the less improvement in hearing.Conclusion At the same time of treating sudden deafness with drugs,paying attention to improving the patients psychosituation is necessary.
