羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素术中应用预防翼状胬肉复发的前瞻性研究

目的:前瞻性研究术中应用羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C降低翼状胬肉术后复发的效果。方法:将76眼单纯翼状胬肉患者随机分为2组,单纯切除法切除胬肉后,其中一组术中用羊膜移植联合0.2g/L丝裂霉素。另1组行单纯翼状胬肉切除术。结果:随访3～12mo,羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素组中无1例复发,单纯切除组复发率25%。结论:术中应用羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素能够达到进一步降低胬肉复发的目的,同时也避免了严重并发症的发生。

The prospective study on preventing pterygium recurrence by combining amniotic membrane transplantation with intraoperative mitomycin C

·AIM: To evaluate the effect of combining amniotic membrane transplantation with mitomycin C so as to prevent the recurrence after primary pterygium surgery.· METHODS: A total of 76 eyes were randomly divided into two groups. Simple pterygium excise was performed in both groups and then amniotic membrane transplantation was applied with 0.2g/L mitomyc C in one of the two groups.· RESULTS: During the follow-up of 3 to 12mo, no pterygium recurrence was found in the group of amniotic membrane transplantation with mitomycin, but the recurrence rate was 25％ in the other group.· CONCLUSION: It can decrease the pterygium recurrence to apply amniotic membrane transplantation with mitomycin in operation, and thus serious complications can be avoided.
