| 摘 要： | 本文观察了５６例妊高征的眼度改变。分析了妊高征分类、蛋白尿、水肿与眼底改变的关系．结果：病变程度和蛋白尿越重，眼底改变越重（Ｐ＜０．０１），水肿与眼底改变无明显关系（Ｐ＞０．０５）。眼底的改变对妊高征的诊断、估计病情和决定处理具有很重要的临床意义。因此，眼底检查值得临床进一步加强。

| Abstract: | he eyeground variation of 56 cases of pregnancy-Induced hypertention syndrome(PIH)was observed.The relations between it and PIH degree,proteinuria and edema wereanalysed.The results showed it relates to the degree of PIH and proteimuria(P<0. 01),howerer it doesn’t relate to edema(P>0. 05 ).We thimk it is important to observe the eye-ground variation for the diagnose of PIH. estimate PIH state and the decision of treatment.The examination of eyeground is worth applying further in clinic. |
