摘    要:目的:了解我院血培养中的细菌分布和耐药情况,为临床治疗提供依据.方法: 采用北京伯泰技术开发中心血培养瓶采样, BacT ALERT 3D全自动血培养仪进行培养, VITEK微生物仪进行鉴定, BIOMIC仪进行药敏测试.结果: 2003年1月-2007年12月从临床送检的血培养标本分离出病原菌326株,其中革兰阳性菌141株(占45.4%),以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌为主,其次是金黄色葡萄球菌;革兰阴性杆菌155株(占47.9%),以大肠埃希菌为主,其次是肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌.大肠埃希菌及克雷伯菌对泰能敏感性最好, 表皮葡萄球菌及金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素和替考拉宁敏感性最好,均未发现耐药株;铜绿假单胞菌对头孢吡肟的耐药率为28.0%,其余抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药.结论: 血培养病原菌存在严重耐药情况,及时监测病原菌变化及耐药趋势,指导临床用药至关重要.
