严重烧伤延迟复苏患者血清心肌酶谱的变化

目的 :初步检测严重烧伤延迟复苏患者心肌酶谱的变化 ,评价其临床价值 ,探索防治心肌损伤的方法。方法 :5 7例严重烧伤患者 ,其中延迟复苏者 33例 ,即时复苏 2 4例 ,检测伤后不同时间点的心肌酶谱。结果 :本组患者血清心肌酶谱均有异常改变。同等面积与深度延迟复苏组患者血清心肌酶谱的酶值明显高于即时复苏的患者 ,且持续时间长 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :测定血清心肌酶及其同工酶的活性 ,对诊断严重烧伤延迟复苏患者的心肌损伤有较高的敏感性 ,尽早消灭创面 ,有益于心肌保护。

Changes of serum myocardial enzymogram in severely burnd patients after delayed resuscitation

Objective: To investigate the changes of serum myocardial enzyme of severely burned patients after delayed resuscitation for different time and to evaluate the clinical value and the appropriate methods of prevention and cure. Methods: The serum myocardial enzyme was examined in 57 severly burnd patients during the period from 1995 to 2001, among them ,33 cases were delayed resuscitated and 24 cases were immediately resuscitated. Results: There was obvious difference in serum myocardial enzyme. The serum myocardial enzymes of delayed resuscitation group were significantly higher than those of immediate resuscitation group with the same burn area and depth. Conclusion:The level of serum myocardial enzyme might imply significantly physiologic indexes reflecting the cardiac function.
