| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双吻合器在直肠癌低位前切除术中的应用效果。方法对我院2003年8月-2006年12月在低位直肠癌根治术中应用双吻合器行结肠直肠吻合术27例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组直肠离断、吻合过程顺利。术后发生切口感染3例，吻合口狭窄1例，吻合口漏1例。无手术死亡病例。结论双吻合器应用于低位直肠癌前切除术中的结肠直肠吻合具有操作简单、节省手术时间、安全等优点，可保留肛门排便功能，提高低位直肠癌病人术后的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of double anastomat in low anterior resection of rectal cancer.Methods The effects of applying double anastomat for colorectostomy during radical resection in 27 cases of low rectal cancer from Aug.2003 to Dec.2006 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Rectum multilation and anastomoses were done smoothly.Postoperatively,infection of incisional would occurred in 3 cases,stomal stenosis in one case and stomal leak in one case,respectively.There were no operative dead cases.Conclusion Applying double anastomat in the anus-preserving operation of patients with low rectal cancer is simple,quick and safe. |
