吸入舒利迭与辅舒酮防治儿童中重度哮喘的对比观察

目的：探讨吸入型糖皮质激素（ICS）联合长效B2受体激动剂（LABA）防治儿童中、重度哮喘的治疗效果。方法：将符合中、重度哮喘诊断标准的82例患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用吸入舒利迭（含ICS加LABA）治疗，对照组采用吸入辅舒酮（仅含ICS）治疗。治疗3个月后对两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后肺功能进行对比。结果：治疗组的治疗效果及肺功能改善情况明显优于对照组，治疗组需吸入短效B2受体激动剂的次数也明显少于对照组，且差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：吸入含ICS加LABA的药物是防治儿童中、重度哮喘有效的治疗方法。

Salmeterol-fluticasone disc versus fluticasone propionate..A comparison in treatment of moderate to severe child asthma

Objective:The present study aimed to investigate the effects of combining inhaled corticosteroid(ICS)with long-acting beta2-agonist(LABA)in treatment of moderate to severe child asthma.Methods:eighty-two moderate to severe asthmatic children were randomly divided into two groups(treatment and control group).The treatment group was given inhalation of salmeterol-fluticasone disc whereas the control group was inhaled fluticasone propionate.The treatment effects of two groups were evaluated with clinical manifestation and lung ruction test after three months' therapy.Results:There were obvious improvements of clinical symptoms and lung function in treatment group than those in control group.Less times of inhalation of short-acting beta2-agonist was needed in treatment group than in control group.Conclusions:Our results showed that combination of ICS with LABA was more effective in treating moderate to severe child asthma than taking ICS alone.
