膝关节损伤关节镜检查治疗156例分析

目的:探讨部队膝关节损伤关节镜检查特点和治疗效果。方法:回顾分析2002年9月至2005年8月共使用关节镜检查治疗并获得随访的156例部队伤病员。结果:经过术后2~8个月的随访,症状消失95例,显效35例,好转17例,无变化9例。142例恢复训练,14例退伍或停止训练,无一例并发感染。结论:关节镜下检查膝关节损伤具有明显特点,在诊断和治疗上具有重要的临床意义。

An analysis of 156 cases of knee joint injury treated with arthroscopy

Objective: To study and analyze the features of arthroscopy of patients with knee joint injury and effects of treatment.Methods: In our study,there were 156 follow-up cases of patients with arthroscopy treatment from September 2002 to August 2005.Results: After clinical follow-ups,2 to 8 months post-operation,following results were obtained.There were 95 cases,whose symptoms disappeared,35 cases showed obvious treatment effects,17 cases improved and 9 cases didn't respond to treatment.142 cases of patients resumed their training post operation,14 cases were discharged from the Navy units or interrupted in their training.And no complication occurred in all the cases.Conclusion: Arthroscopy of patients with knee joint injury had its significant features and its application was of great importance in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
