2004-2007年邵阳市医疗机构X射线影像工作人员个人剂量监测结果

摘    要:目的了解邵阳市医疗机构X射线影像工作人员职业性外照射个人剂量水平。方法采用RGD-3型热释光剂量仪,对93家医疗机构的X射线影像工作人员进行职业性外照射个人剂量监测,利用Microsoft office Excel2003软件对监测数据进行统计分析。结果2004--2007年共对邵阳市医疗机构X射线影像工作人员外照射个人剂量监测763人次,个人年有效剂量〈5mSv为742人次(97.2%);人均年有效剂量为0.86mSv,显著低于国家标准限值(50mSv)(u=592.76,P〈0.01),亦低于全国放射工作人员人均年有效剂量1.29mSv(u=5.18,P〈0.01),接近湖南省放射工作人员人均年有效剂量1.000mSv(u=1.69,P〉0.05);其中三级、二级和二级以下医疗机构放射工作人员个人年有效剂量分别为0.46、0.73和1.12mSv(F0.05(2760)=3.44,P〈0.05)。结论邵阳市医疗机构X射线影像工作人员个人有效剂量整体水平较低,应重点加强基层医疗机构放射防护工作的监督管理。

Abstract:[ Objective] To understand individual dose levels among X-ray images workers in medical institutions of shaoyang city. [ Methods] Individual dose monitoring was conducted on X-ray images operators from 93 medical institutions. Microsoft office Excel 2003 was adopted to statistically analyze the monitoring data. [ Results ] A total of 763 person times of individual dose monitoring were conducted during 2004--2007, 742 (97.2%) person times of annual individual dose 〈 5 mSv; annual individual average dose equivalent was 0. 86 mSv, which was significantly lower than the state exposure limit values(50 mSv) ( u =592.76,P 〈0. 01 ) and the annual individual average dose equivalent of China 1.29 mSv ( u = 5. 18 ,P 〈 0.01 ) , and closed to annual individual average dose equivalent of 1. 000 mSv ( u = 1.69 ,P 〉 0. 05 ) in radiation workers of Hunan Province. Individual average dose equivalent of ra- diation workers in third-class, second-class and below second-class medical institutions was 0. 46, 0. 73 and 1. 12 mSv ( F0.05(2.760) = 3.44 ,P 〈0. 05) mSv respectively. [ Conclusion] The general status of annual individual average dose equivalent of X- ray images workers in Shaoyang is lower, We should strengthenradiological protection, work of the basic unit medical institutions the surveillance and the management. Supervision and management on radiological Protection in medical institution of grassroots should be strengthened.
