蝎毒脂质体前体制剂的研究

摘    要:为便于将粗蝎毒中分离纯化的多肽类物质制成口服制剂,将蝎责提取液直接制成脂质体前体,考查了口服给药的药效、制剂的稳定性,并对制剂中药物含量与包裹率的测定方法进行了研究。结果表明,蝎毒脂质体前体制剂口服有效,口服剂量6mg/kg与腹腔注射蝎毒液剂量2mg/kg疗效相当。脂质体对药物包裹率可达54.0%,制剂比较稳定。

Abstract:An anti-epilepsy peptide (AEP) was isolated and purfied from venom of the scorpion Bnthus Martensii Karsch. Solid pro-liposome was prepared and a polymer was added simultaneously during preparation to protect the activity of AEP from being destroyed by enzyme in gastrointestinal tract.The stability and pharmacological activity are studied and the method of content determination are also discussed. The results indicated that the effect of administering by po with dose of 6 mg/kg on mice is equal to ip with dose of 2 mg/kg. The entrapment is up to 54. 0%.
