| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the development of profession degree in China and the status quo of master of nursing specialty abroad.The authors have made some thoughts on the master of nursing specialty construction in China from training objective,academic disciplines,curriculum building,clinical practice and tutor team,then,some suggestions have been put forward accordingly. |
