| 摘 要： | 目的 观察Nestin、Musashi-1蛋白在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达,探讨其与人脑胶质瘤发生及进展的关系.方法 50例人脑胶质瘤标本,应用免疫组织化学染色法检测Nestin、Musashi-1蛋白的表达.结果 50例胶质瘤标本中Nestin、Musashi-1蛋白的表达率分别为76%和68%,Nestin和Musashi-1蛋白在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达呈正相关.Nestin、Musashi-1蛋白在低恶性组和高恶性组脑胶质瘤阳性表达率分别为60.9%(14/23)、88.9%(24/27);52.2%(12/23)、81.5%(22/27),以上两组间阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Nestin、Musashi-1蛋白的表达增高可能与脑胶质瘤的发生、发展有关,其表达还可能与脑胶质瘤的预后有关.Abstract：Objective To investigate the expression of Nestin and Musashi-1 in human glioma tissues and its clinicopathogical significance.Methods The expression of Nestin and Musashi-1 was examined in 50 human glioma samples by using immunohistochemistry staining.Results The expression rate of Nestin and Musashi-1 in glioma tissues was 76% and 68% respectively. There was a positive correlation between the expression of Nestin and Musashi-1 in glioma tissues. Immunohistochemical results showed that the positive rate of Nestin and Musashi-1 in low and high grade malignant gliomas was 60.9% (14/23), 88.9% (24/27); 52.2% (12/23), 81.5% (22/27) respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Nestin and Musashi-1 may play a pivotal role in the initiation and development of glioma and may be correlated with cthe prognosis of glioma.
