氯氮平联合石杉碱甲治疗精神分裂症记忆功能障碍的疗效比较

目的探讨氯氮平联合石杉碱甲治疗精神分裂症患者记忆功能障碍的疗效。方法96例精神分裂症患者随机分成单独服用氯氮平治疗组48例（氯氮平组）以及氯氮平联合石杉碱甲治疗组48例（联合组）。疗程8周。在治疗前及治疗的第2、4及8周末分别予以韦氏记忆量表修订本（WMS—RC）测评记忆功能，以及阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效。结果联合组在治疗第4周后记忆功能即有显著改善，氯氮平组治疗前后均元明显变化；治疗第8周后，联合组较氯氮平组记忆商总分比较有高度显著差异，联合组显效率明显高于氯氮平组。结论石杉碱甲有助于提高患者的记忆功能、改善认知障碍，对精神分裂症有一定的辅助或增效作用。

A comparative study of efficacy of Huperzine-A in the treatment of memory dysfunction of schizophrenia

Objective To compare the efficacy between clozapine and clozapine combined with Huperzing-A in the treatment of memory dysfunction of schizophrenic patients.Methods 96 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into two groups.They were separately treated by clozapine (clozapine group,n=48) and clozapine combined with Huperzine-A (combined group,n=48) for 8 weeks.The efficacy were measured by WMS-RC and PANSS before traetment and at the end of 2nd,4th,8th week.Results After 4 weeks treatment,the memory dysfunction was significantly imprvoed in combined group but not in clozapine group.After 8 weeks treatment,both the total score of memory quotient and effective rate were significantly higher in combined group than that of clozapine group.Conclusion It is suggested that Huperzine A is effective in the treatment of memory dysfunction and congnitive dysfunction of patients with schizophrenia.
