| 摘 要： | 对尿中１－羟基芘（１－ＯＨ芘）的测定方法进行了研究与改进。采用ＰＴ－Ｃ１８小柱对水解后的尿样富集，再以甲醇洗脱，减压浓缩后通过反相就压液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）分离，荧光分光光度法测定。１－ＯＨ芘检出限为０．０５ｎｇ，方法回收率可达９７．６％－９８．８％，测定结果用尿比重法校正。

| Abstract: | An improved method for determination of urinary 1-hydroxypyrene is reported. The hydrolysed urine sample is enriched in PT-C18 colume and eluted with methyl alcohol. The elute,concentrated under reduced pressure, is separated by the reverse HPLC and determined spectronuorophotometrically. The detected limit of 1-hydroxypyrene is 0. 05 ng. The recovery of the method is 97. 6%-98. 8%. The final result is calibrated with the urine density. |
