| 摘 要： | 目的:建立乌梢蛇药材中总磷脂含量测定方法,以评价不同采集地的乌梢蛇药材质量。方法:采用Folch试剂超声提取,钼蓝试剂显色,分光光度法测定10个不同采集地的乌梢蛇药材中总磷脂的含量。结果:样品中总磷脂含量以磷计的回归方程Y=0.0238X-0.01(r=0.9994),线性范围在2.3~69.0μg,RSD=1.18%,平均回收率为97.21%(n=5)。结论:采用钼蓝比色法测定乌梢蛇药材中总磷脂含量的方法简便,方法学结果理想,可作为该药材质量控制的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the method for determining the content of total phospholipids in Zaocys and evaluate the quality of Zaocys from different collecting areas.Method:After extracting by folch agent,Moly-blue agent display color and adopting Ui-vis to determine the content of total phospholipids in Zaocys from ten different collecting areas.Result:The linear equation of phosphonium is Y=0.0238X-0.01(r=0.9994),the range of linearity from 2.3 to 69.0μg,RSD=1.18%,the average recovery was 97.21%.Conclusion:The above method to determine the content of total phospholipids in Zaocys is brief,both recur and precision density are all right,it can pilot quality control of the Zaocys. |
