| 摘 要： | 目的了解心理咨询师培训学员的人格特征，为心理咨询师培训和筛选提供依据。方法随机选取某校咨询师培训学员41名进行16项人格因素问卷（16PF）测验。结果心理咨询师培训学员与一般成人常模相比，在聪慧性等9种因素上有显著差异；心理咨询师培训学员大多属于适应型、外向型、安祥机警型和果断型。结论应为心理咨询师培训学员制定相应的培养和矫正计划。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the personality of the adult learners who were being trained with psychological consultant, and provide foundation to train and select talented people. Method 41 learners of psychological consultant were tested with 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire（6PF）. Resuts 1.9 factors of 16PF,such as intelligence were significant difference between learners of psychological consultant and the Chinese norm （P 〈 0. 05 or p 〈 0. 01 ）.2.most of them were suitable ,extrovert,serene and decisive. Conclusion take a plan to train and rectify learners of psychological consultant. |
