对专业护理员的管理方法与体会

目的提高陪护质量和病区环境管理质量。方法采取年轻化、专业化的护理员陪护方式,建立规范化管理制度;开展岗前培训,弹性排班,落实陪护工作制度和质量评价标准等措施。结果改善了病区环境,提高了基础护理质量,降低了陪护率和陪护费用,收到了较好的社会效益和经济效益。结论新的陪护方式顺应社会及现代化医院发展的需要。

The methods and experience of management of professional nurse assistant

Objective To improve the quality of primary care and the management of ward environment.Method The accompany mode with young and professional nurse assistants were adopted and the standardized management system were established,such as pre-post training,flexible shifts,rules of accompany,standards for quality evaluation.Result This practice improved the ward environment,promoted the quality of primary nursing,reduced the rate of accompany and cost of accompany,and achieved favorable social and economic benefit.Conclusion The new accompany mode could meet the demands of the development of society and modern hospital.
