世居在不同海拔的藏族人血浆AVP含量的研究

摘    要:目的:了解世居高原的人群中血浆精氨酸加压素(AVP)的含量变化,初步探讨这种含量变化在低氧环境适应中的意义。方法:采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定世居在海拔2261M、3840M、4280M地区的健康藏族人血浆AVP的含量(pg/ml)。结果:藏族人血浆AVP含量随海拔升高而升高(P<0.01);居住在同一海拔地区的藏族人,随着年龄的增长,血浆AVP含量升高(P<0.01)。结论:AVP的这种含量变化在低氧瓣适应中有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of AVP content in native at high altitude and discuss its significance. Methods To use the method of radioimmunoassay (RIA) to study the changes of AVP content (pg/ml) in serum of the healthy native Tibetans who live at 2261M, 3840M, 4280M above sea level. Results AVP content in serum of the native Tibetans increased with altitude upward (P<0.01). AVP content in serum of the native Tibetans who live in same altitude increased with age (P<0.01). Conclusion the changes have important biologic significance in Low oxygen environment.
