| 摘 要： | 一些HIV感染者/AIDS病人利用人们对艾滋病的恐惧心理从事违法犯罪活动,而司法部门在处理此类案件中面临的一系列问题,引起人们的不安。针对这些问题的危害和原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的建议：依法打击此类违法犯罪行为;加强部门协调;统一相关法律法规的内容;增加预防艾滋病知识和技能培训;建立因执行公务而发生艾滋病职业暴露的保障机制;完善对监管场所内艾滋病犯罪人员的管理。

| Abstract: | Some HIV infectors/AIDS patients make use of people′s horror of AIDS to commit crime,and law enforcement agencies are faced with a series of problems.Based on analyzing the reasons and harm of the issues,the article made some suggestions including cracking down on such crimes legally,strengthening multi-department coordination,unifying relative legal system and regulations,providing AIDS knowledge training for law enforcement agencies,establishing AIDS occupational exposure compensation mechanism,and improving the management modes for the AIDS criminals in jails. |
