胃肠道间质肿瘤CD44s和CD44v6的表达及其意义

目的:探讨CD44s和CD44v6在胃肠道间质肿瘤(GISTs)中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测65例胃肠道间质肿瘤中CD44s和CD44v6的表达。结果:65例GISTs中,CD44s63例阳性,阳性率达96.9%,其中阳性强度>4分者57例(87.7%),>6分者43例(66.2%)。低度、中度、高度恶性潜能组阳性强度>4分者分别为93.8%,100%,81.1%,3组之间表达水平无显著差异(P>0.05);>6分者分别为87.5%,75.0%,54.1%,3组之间表达水平有显著差异(P<0.05)。CD44v640例阳性,阳性率为61.5%,其中阳性强度>4分者19例(29.2%),阳性强度>6分者6例(9.2%)。低度、中度、高度恶性潜能组阳性强度>4分者分别为18.8%,33.3%,32.4%,3组之间表达水平无显著差异(P>0.05);>6分者分别为0%,8.3%,13.5%,3组之间表达水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:CD44s表达与GISTs的恶性潜能呈负相关。CD44v6在GISTs中很少有表达,与GISTs的恶性潜能无明显相关性。免疫组化法检测CD44s可以作为预测GISTs恶性潜能的相关指标之一。

Expression of CD44s and CD44v6 and the significance in gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD44s, CD44v6 and the clinicopathological features of the gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs). Methods: The expression of CD44s and CD44v6 was examined immunohistochemically in 65 cases of GISTs. Results: CD44s were positive in 63 out of 65 cases(96.9%). The positive intensity (PI) was found more than four in 57 out of 65 cases (87.7%). There was no significance of the PI>4 among the low risk, intermediate risk and high risk group of malignancy (93.8%,100%,81.1%, respectively, P>0.05). The PI was found more than six in 43 out of 65 cases(66.2%). There was significance of the PI>6 among the low risk, intermediate risk and high risk group of malignancy (87.5%,75.0%,54.1%, respectively, P<0.05). CD44v6 were positive in 40 out of 65 cases(61.5%). The PI was found more than four in 19 out of 65 cases (29.2%), and more than six in 6 out of 65 cases(9.2%). There was no significance of the PI>4 among the low risk, intermediate risk and high risk group of malignancy (18.8%,33.3%,32.4%, respectively, P>0.05). Neither of the PI>6 among the low risk, intermediate risk and high risk group of malignancy (0%,8.3%,13.5%, respetively, P>0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CD44s in the GISTs is inversely correlated with the malignant potential of the GISTs. Whereas the expression of CD44v6 has not been found to correlate with the malignant potential of the GISTs. The expression of CD44s examined immunohistochemically may have some value in predicting the malignant potential of the GISTs.
