摘    要:目的:通过观察雌激素对去卵巢雌性大鼠局灶性脑缺血大脑皮质区病理及超微结构的影响,以探讨雌激素对缺血性脑损害的神经保护作用。方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞制成局灶性脑缺血模型,在缺血2小时,再灌注22小时后立即断头取脑,切片,用光镜(定性和定量)和电镜观察大脑皮质区的病理学变化及超微结构改变。结果:雌激素用药组较对照组正常神经细胞的密度显著增加(P〈0.05),血管内皮细胞受损程度减轻。结论:雌激素可

Abstract:Objective:To investigated the effects of estrogen on cerebral ischemia induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in ovariectomized female rats, and determine whether there was estrogen-mediated neuroprotection after experimental cerebral ischemia.Methods: Rat MCAO model was applied.Female Wistar rats were all ovariectomized;and treated with 2 hours of reversible MCAO,and 22 hours of reperfusion.All animals were killed. The cerebral cortex sector histology was examined under light microscope both qualitatively and quantitatively, and ultrastractural changes by electronic microscope. Results:In estrogen-treated groups,the density of normal neruons was significantly higher(p<0.05);and the damage of the endothelial cells was milder. Conclusions:In female rats,Estrogen-tharapy protects brain tissue against cerebral ischemic injury due to neuroprotection and effects of estrogen on endothelial cells.Estrogen can improve experimental stroke milder outcome by neuroprotection.
