| 摘 要： | 目的：了解慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）合并肺结核的临床表现，加深对此疾病的认识。方法：对365例COPD病人中合并肺结核的78例临床表现、X线、胸片进行分析。结果：COPD合并肺结核的发病率占COPD的21．9％，且男性及吸烟者较多，易出现反复肺部感染，临床表现无明显特异性。结论：COPD合并肺结核在临床并不少见，且易引起误诊，应引起足够重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the clinical presenlation of COPD with pulmonary tuberculosis for getting a deeper understanding of the disease.Methods Analysed the clinical presentation,X ray,roentgenogram of chest of 78 cases of COPD with pulmonary tuberculosis in 365 patients with COPD.Results The incidence of COPD with pulmonary tuberculosis was 21.9%.The disease was more common in males and smokers.It was easy to come out recurrent infections in lungs.There was no clinical significant difference.Conclusion COPD with pulmonary tuberculosis is frequent and easy to be misdiagnozed.More attention must be paid to it. |
