The Observations of Clinic and Micro-, Uitrastructure of a Giant Congenital Nevus

The observations of clinic and micro-,ultrastructure of a giant congenital nevus that looked like a "vest with collar"were performed. It was found that the cells with melanin were more than normal within the epiderm, that the meLanophores within the dermis possessed the basement membrane and produced the round or irregular melanophoral granules which turned to aggregate the melanqphoral complex. The keratinocyte with melanosomes or melanin complex, and the fibroblast, mast cell, Schwann cell, perineurial cell and neural axone with melanophoral granules or complex, all could be named the melanin-contanning cell. The group of nevus cells could stretch along the dermis nerve to the hypodermis. The nevus pells could get in touch with the nerve axone expansion with the clear and dense vesicles, or in touch with the mast cell. The above structures were discussed and could provide a theory basis for the clinic therapy.
