摘    要:目的 了解消毒后体温计再污染状况 ,评价管理措施改进效果。方法 管理措施改进前后对各科室消毒后体温计及其存放容器、内垫纱布采样做细菌和真菌培养。结果 管理措施改进前共采集 137份样本 ,总污染率 5 1.82 % ,容器污染率 6 2 .5 0 % ,纱布污染率 5 2 .78% ,消毒后体温计污染率 4 1.5 1%。不同季节污染率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,污染菌量差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。检出的微生物为表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粘质沙雷菌和真菌。管理措施改进后 ,于存放第 1,2 ,4 ,6 ,7d采样培养 ,存放第 4d容器开始长菌 ,存放第 6d体温计开始长菌。结论 消毒合格的体温计如管理不善可被再污染 ,存放消毒后体温计的容器每周更换 2次 ,能有效预防再污染。

Abstract:Objective To investigate on the recontamination of thermometers after disinfection and evaluate the effect of improvement of management. Methods Samples of thermometers, containers and inner-gauzes before and after the improvement of management were cultured for bacteria and fungi isolation. Results One hundred and thirty-seven samples before the improvement were taken, the total contamination rate was 51.82%, the contamination rate of containers, gauzes was 62.50% and 52.78% respectively. The contamination rate of thermometers after disinfection was 41.51%. There was no difference in contamination in different seasons (P> 0.05). The isolated bacteria were Staphylococous epidermidis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Serratia marcescens and fungi. After improving the management measures, the bacteria began to grow on plates and thermometers after 3 days and 5 days respectively. Conclusion If thermometers were not managed properly after disinfection, they can still be contaminated. The plates storing the thermometers should be changed twice a week to prevent infection.
