摘    要:目的 探讨不同剂量速尿对耳蜗前庭作用的量效关系。方法 利用手术破坏豚鼠的内淋巴囊,建立膜迷路积水动物模型,2月后随机等分为9组,A组静脉注射生理盐水作用对照组,蓁各组分别静脉注射0.625-80mg/kg速尿,注射前后分别行前庭、耳蜗功能检查,并对耳蜗切片进行蜗和 水计算机定量分析。结果 注射速尿剂量〉1.25mg/kg可明显改善积水耳前庭功能。1.25-10mg/kg能显著降低ABR反应阈,但与

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Furosemide on Vestibular and cochlear systems inguinea pigs with experimental endolymphatic hydrops. Methods After the formation of endolymphatic hydrops,the suonusoidal angular acceleration (SAA) test was Performed and ABR threshold recorded .The different does(0.625 ~ 80 mg/kg) of Furosemide were given intravenously affer the first SAA test ABR.These tests were re-Peated 6O min later.The cochlear morphologic changes were analysed with computer image analysis system. Re-sults Furosemide with > 1.25 mg/kg could improve significantly the vestibular function of the hydropic ear(P < 0 .05 ). Civen intravenously with the does of 1. 25,2. 5, 5, 10 mg/kg, the ABR thresholds reduced signifi-cantly.The cochlear dehydration related significantly with the dose of Furosemide(P < 0.001). ConclusionThe best dose of the Furosemide test for detecting endolymphatic hydrops is 1. 25 mg/kg in the experimental en-dolymphatic hydrops. Its clinical equivalent dose is 0. 333 mg/kg in human.
