| 摘 要： | 本文采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸脱氧土霉素片的含量,并摸索了测定条件。该法与微生物检定法比较,结果基本一致,该法的回收率为99.77%,变异系数为0.68%。优点是其操作简便、快速。

DETERMINATION OF DOXYCYCLINE HYDROCHLORIDE IN TABLETS BY UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY |

| Abstract: | This article employed UV spectrophotometry for determining Doxycycline hydrochloride content in tablets with satisfactory results and its measured condi tion was performed to investigate. Compared with the microbiological detection both results is almost agreement. This procedure is simple and rapid. The average recovery is 99.77%, Its CV is 0.68%. |
