回访式自我管理教育对肺结核病人服药依从性的影响

目的:通过回访对肺结核患者进行自我管理教育及指导,观察其对患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将我科2011年1～12月出院肺结核患者400例按出院顺序分为观察组和对照组各200例。对照组按常规进行出院指导,观察组在常规出院指导的基础上进行随访管理教育及护理干预,干预时间6个月,比较两组患者服药依从性。结果:观察组患者遵医嘱服药情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:回访式自我管理教育能提高患者服药依从性。

Effect of return test of serf management education on medication compliance of tuberculosis patient

Objective：To observe the effect of return test self-management education and guidance on compliance in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：From January-December 2011 in our department hospital discharge of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in 400 cases,according to the discharge order were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group received routine hospital discharge guide.In the observation group,the routine discharge guidance based on follow-up management education and nursing intervention,intervention time of 6 months,compared two groups of patients＇ compliance.Results：Prescribed medication in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.001）.Conclusion：Return test of self management education can improve the compliance of patients with Pulmonary tunerculosis.
