| 摘 要： | 目的:对比芒针与口服西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法:144例患者随机分为治疗组(采用芒针针刺腰俞、秩边、环跳等穴)与对照组(口服芬必得).结果:治疗组愈显率为80.8%,总有效率为94.9%;对照组愈显率为19.7%,总有效率为87.9%.治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.005).结论:芒针疗法能消除或减轻腰椎间盘突出症的症状、体征.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare clinical therapeutic effects of elongated needle therapy and oral administration of western medicine on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk. Methods One hundred and forty-four cases were randomly divided into a treatment group who were treated by needling Yaoshu (GV 2), Zhibian (BL 54), Huantiao (GB 30) with enlongated needles, and a control group treated with oral administration of fenbid. Results The cured-markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were 80.8% and 94.9% in the treatment group and 19.7% and 87.9% in the control group, respectively, the treatment group being superior to the control group (P<0.005). Conclusion The elongated needle therapy can eliminate or relieve symptoms and signs of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk. |
