针刺药物治疗皮质下动脉硬化性白质脑病的研究

目的：观察针刺药物治疗血管性痴呆特殊类型皮质下动脉硬化性白质脑病中的针刺疗效。方法：将42例患者随机分为单纯药物组21例和针刺药物组21例进行对照观察，单纯药物组静滴金纳多注射液进行治疗，针刺药物组在此基础上采用针刺治疗。治疗前后采用长谷川痴呆评定表评分以及治疗后血液流变学的变化来观察两组的疗效。结果：两组治疗后，智能和疗效均有明显改善（P＜0．01），同时在两组之间差异也有非常显著意义（P＜0．01）。结论：针刺药物治疗皮质下动脉硬化性白质脑病的疗效优于单纯药物组。

Study on Acupuncture and Drug Treatment of Binswanger''''s Desease

Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and drug on Binswanger's disease. Methods 42 cases were randomly divided into the acupuncture plus drug group (21 cases) treated with acupuncture and intravenous drip of Jinnaduo Injectio, and the drug group (21 cases) treated with intravenous drip of Jinnaduo Injectio. The score was evaluated by Haseguwa Dementia Rating Scale before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effect and hemorheologic changes were investigated in the two groups after treatment. Results The intelligence and the therapeutic effect in the two groups improved significantly after treatment (P<0.01), with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined treatment of acupuncture and the drug on Binswanger's disease is better than that of the drug.
