对上消化道出血患者的健康教育及临床护理研究

目的探讨临床护理路径对上消化道出血患者的临床疗效,为临床护理提供参考。方法选取该院自2011年12月—2014年1月收治的76例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照对照、双盲的原则将76例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。其中对照组患者实施常规健康教育模式,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予健康教育临床护理路径。统计比较两组患者对疾病相关知识的了解、配合治疗程度、对护理工作的满意度。结果两组患者相比,观察组患者在疾病相关知识认知（84.2%）、配合治疗积极度（86.8%）、护理满意度（92.1%）均显著优于对照组患者,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对上消化道出血患者实施健康教育临床护理路径,可以有效地提高患者对疾病的认知、治疗依从性和护理满意度,有利于早日康复,值得临床推广。

On health education and clinical nursing of patients with upper gastroin- testinal hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing path for upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with clinical efficacy,to provide the reference for clinical nursing.Methods In our hospital from 2011 December to 2014January were gastrointestinal bleeding patients as the object of study of 76 cases of upper digestive, in accordance with the controlled, double-blind principle： 76 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 38 cases. The control routine health e- ducation model group, the observation group on the basis of routine nursing clinical nursing path for health education. Statistical comparison of two groups of patients with related knowledge understanding of the disease, treatment, the degree of satisfaction with nursing work and the length of hospital stay. Results Compared two groups of patients, the patients in observation group were treated with disease relatedknowledge （84.2%）, the positive degree （86.8%）, nursing satisfaction and average hospitalizationtime （92.1%）were significantly better than the control group,P〈O.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The hemor- rhage of upper digestive tract in the implementation of health education in patients with clinical nursing path, can effectively im- prove patients cognitive of the disease, treatment compliance andnursing satisfaction, is conducive to the early rehabilitation, is worth the clinical promotion.
